Health is
the supreme good. What is the value of material
belongings if a man cannot take in food because of an
ill stomach or cannot sit at a table for a long time
because of the back ache or cannot walk due to the
aching knees. Such a life is a torture, but many are so
used to it, that loose hope to recover. Nothing can be
attained without health. One cannot take any pious,
noble action without it. And it does not make any sense
to think of spiritual practices without perfect health.
To preserve health, one should do all the exercises and
set of exercises offered by our method; apart from
practicing in our gym sessions, certain exercises should
be done at home. The exercises forming our method differ
from those of analogous systems. After the training
sessions, a person gains a feeling of vivacity and
lightness. In the beginner's course it is necessary to
follow the instructor’s recommendations; it is needed to
ensure precise execution of the practiced movement.
